Related Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years experience in a hospital, community or public health setting.

Requirements and Duties

• respect professional ethics and confidentiality;
• perform any other related duties as requested by the supervisor.
• be available to work flexible hours and to travel as needed;
• contribute to the elaboration of primary health care protocols in order to ensure uniformity in the delivery of quality health care;
• share on-call duties with other primary health care providers, as needed;

Provide primary health care services in accordance with professional standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario that meet the needs of the clients and the community.

Academic Trainings

• B.A. in Nursing from a recognized university;
• certificate of registration as a registered nurse from the College of Nurses of Ontario;
• Extended Class registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
